More Than Just A Control Panel...

DualCom Inside® brings together the Euro 46LM, a panel you are familiar with and signalling you know you can trust for an all in one secure signalling solution.

3 Simple steps from purchasing to set up

1. The Hardware
The Euro 46LM is supplied complete with a Digi Modem which allows single path signalling via the PSTN path. Dual path signalling is available simply by adding the Castle GPRS module (MSX-GPRS/CSL) to the Euro 46LM.

2. The Service
The DualCom service is ordered online via the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The engineer is then able to commission the DualCom when they arrive on site.

3. The Programming
The Engineer simply scrolls through the Euro 46LM’s keypad menu and selects their ARC. Once the ARC is selected the Euro 46LM calls the CSL server and automatically downloads the site parameters from CSL DualCom’s Gemini Servers. The DualCom Inside® is then ready to begin sending test calls to the ARC.

Dual Path signalling

Dual path signalling which utilises GPRS as the primary path and PSTN (telephone) as the secondary path ensures that DualCom will always have a back up in the event of an accidental or deliberate fault on any path.
