If you are having problems viewing these pages, or just want to know how to get the best out of this web site, please find detailed below a few points which should help.

1. This CD-ROM utilises 'Frames' and small Java applets. If you can view the pages without any problems, then you are using a frames compatible browser (MS Internet Explorer 4 or higher and Netscape 4 and higher) with Java enabled. If you can't see the site correctly, you maybe using a very old browser, or have the Java function disabled. We suggest that you upgrade to the minimum browser specification detailed here, not just for this site, but many other sites now use the frame construction.    For viewing the interactive training presentations then you must have PowerPoint installed on your computer, and be viewing these pages under Internet Explorer.

   These pages are optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer. Pages are also tested for compatability with Mozilla Firefox and Opera web browsers.

2. Ideally, you should be viewing this particular site at a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixelsor higher with a colour settng of at least 16 bit high colour. Remember to adjust your font settings accordingly to match your screen resolution:

   • For low res of 800 x 600: use small/smaller font

   • For higher res of 1024 x 768: use medium font

3. You can physically view the site on a lower resolution that stated above, however, you may find that some pages may set themselves larger than your screen and you may have to use the scroll bars to move around.
