1. The ARC received the Alarm messages but not the restores.
   Be sure that when testing the signalling to not silence the alarm immediatly, allow enough time for the panel to start signalling the alarm before silencing the alarm or cancelling the test. Also check the panel programming to ensure that the channels restores have been enabled.

2. The ARC is not receiving misoperations (aborts)
   Misoperation signals can only be sent if the panel is in alarm at the time. At the end of the 'confirmation time' the system re-arms itself (thus is no longer in alarm condition) therefore a misoperation signal cannot be sent. The confirm timer is set to 30 seconds by default on Euro-MERiDIAN panels.
