The Euro-46 has now been rleased
The Enforcer is coming soon

Always make sure you earth out the digi modem by wiring the earth into the TE terminal on the PCB. Failure to do so leaves the equipment vulnerable to lightning strikes.
If you have the chime attribute on a zone enabled, the alarm will emit a chime everytime the zone opens. For this to work, press the 'C' key in day mode so that a character 'c' will appear on the display.
Always make sure when programming ordinary user codes that you do so through the "Manager Menu".
From version 4 End station software, our integrated access control package is compatible with all Euro MERiDIAN panels.
Don't forget to terminate the end of each iD run with the 0.01 microfarad capacitor.
When adding any new equipment to the system (keypads, ZEMs, modem, MSX cards etc), always do so with mains and battery disconnected.
We offer a CD-ROM containing all the information you can find on this website, and more, including training presentations, ideal for your laptop when you are on site and don't have internet access. Just ask sales on +44(0)1344 469479.
Use TMZs (Two More Zone modules) if you require additional sounder outputs to follow individual areas.
Don't forget to fit the 470ohm resistors on the RS-485 bus on runs longer than 20m.
When using Euro InSite, always make a regular backup of the database file udl.mdb in the installation directory to avoid losing any data.
From version 4 endstation software, all Euro-MERiDIAN panels are compatible with our integrated access control package.
Guard codes can be programmed into the system so that the end-user can still have a pin code to unset the system if he loses
his keyfob (DD243 compliant).
Always add equipment and ancillaries to the panel whilst it is powered-down.
When programming outputs on a STU or DIGI remember that they fire channels off of different PINs. Check page 11-15 in your Engineering manual for full details.
Euro-MERiDIAN is fully compatible with DD243:2002 and PD6662. Check our EN50131 corner (www.castle-caretech.com/en50131) to read updates on how the new standards ae progressing.
If the Euro-44 you are working on is some distance from the keypad, simply use a CT-5800 engineer keypad loom to connect a keypad straight into the endstation. Ideal if you are working in a loft or other confined space.
If you want to set AB and C from a keypad, but you want B and C to "Quick-Set" (a 5-second set) then programme the keypad as being 'in' A only, not A and B.
Use TMZ (two more zone) modules if you require extra sounder outputs.
If you want a sounder for area A and a sounder for area B, assign two TMZ modules, one programmed as being 'in' A and the other programmed as being 'in' B.

The digi-modem can signal SMS messages, fast formats up to 16 channel, SIA, contact ID as well as performing up & downloading functions.
The Euro-44 can be expanded all the way up to 256 zones if you insert an MSX expansion card.
Euro panels can be set/unset through use of a code, proximity tag, proximity card, or a keyswitch.
Euro MERiDIAN panels can use utilise both End of Line and iD technology.
When fitting the COM9600 digi modem, press the reset button on the endstation pcb after powerup to initialise the modem
With our new version 4 software, each ARC phone number you have programmed may also have a back-up number associated with it.
