Pyronix Limited are a leading manufacturer of quality electronic equipment for the security industry have the following new vacancy:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (TRAINER)
The position of Technical Support Engineer (Trainer) will provide technical issue resolution and training for our customers (installers). Whilst this is primarily an office-based position, providing support over the telephone, you will also be required to deliver training, presentations and technical support at locations convenient to our customers from time to time. You will therefore need to be able to travel occasionally and should preferably hold a full driver's license.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience of installing security/alarm systems
- An electrical qualification
- Presentation skills and/or training experience
- A pleasant telephone manner
You must be able to remain calm under pressure and have the ability to work off your own initiative.
Working within the security industry you must be honest, trustworthy and conscientious.
A day shift rota system is in place.
